The carefully designed and decorated interior creates a warm atmosphere, featuring a working bread oven in the kitchen—a true highlight. Outdoors, enjoy a large, shaded, wooded plot of 8,700 m², perfect for relaxing in nature. A spacious 42 m² terrace lets you spend quality time with family or friends, equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a 6-person Jacuzzi for moments of relaxation. The house has two levels. On the ground floor: entrance hall with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with bread oven, and a living/dining area with sofa, TV, hi-fi, table, and chairs, with direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with outdoor access (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed, roller shutters) and a bathroom with WC complete this level. Upstairs, on the mezzanine: a bedroom (queen bed, skylight with blind, wooden shutter, blackout curtains) and a bathroom with WC. Wi-Fi is available. Not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Parking is available on the property. Located in Assier, you are close to all amenities (butcher, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, train station) and near top sites like the Célé Valley, Rocamadour, Padirac Chasm, Figeac, Gramat, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
